Left rear brake/caliper

The other day I noticed that my brakes got spongy all of a sudden. I had just driven from Montana down to my new job in the bay area, CA. The brakes were great all the way to and fro.

I had my friend pump the brakes while I inspected each of them.

To the best of my abilities, the rear brake is leaking not at any of the lines, the bleed tube, or any where else.
What I have been able to see is that small amounts of brake fluid will accumulate as the pedal is pushed and seems to gather around where the e-brake cable interfaces. Anyone have any good ideas on what to replace? Seen this before? It is like the fluid is coming from the back middle of the bore???
