Lowering Springs..
if you're getting struts too...ie. Koni's, doesn't overly matter what sort of springs you get. You'd just adjust the struts.
anyway, let's compare:
Eibach has made the OE springs for several major auto manufacturers; KSport, not so much.
Eibach has been in business over 50 years; KSport, about 10 years
Eibach springs are manufactured to german TÜV and japanese MOT standards as well as DIN ISO 9001 specs; KSport makes no mention of any of that
So, while the KSport springs are cheaper, they probably will be more likely to give you uneven ride heights/corner weights between wheels, sag sooner, blow out the stock struts, or otherwise be improperly calibrated for the handling of our cars. On parts like springs, why take a chance when the parts from a reputable company are only a few bucks more?
Not to mention, they're freakin' ORANGE! Who wants orange springs on their car?

most ignorant statement i've read all day. shitty springs + good struts ≠ good handling

All I know is I had koni's on my last car with Canuck Springs and the handled awesome. You're telling me the Eibach's won't blow out the stock struts??? bullshit they won't...
A few bucks more? how about $120 or so more...and maybe people don't want a huge drop like the eibachs do...also why take a chance and you car if you just buy springs and no aftermarket struts? our struts aren't made for lowering, so is that not taking a chance right there?

anyway choose what you want man...I'd personally o the Ksports, if that's the drop that you're looking for.
let the arguing back and forth begin...haha. Love this forum sometimes.
sure, if you're lame enough to buy an orange cobalt, i'm sure you'd be ok with orange springs.
handled awesome compared to what? stock springs and struts? you probably wouldn't know what awesome handling was if it kicked you in the *****.
Eibach Pro-Kit springs are designed to work with stock shocks and struts. Yes, your struts may wear out sooner, but it won't be immediate.
when it comes to springs for your car, its not a huge amount
huge drop, huh? you're probably thinking of the eibach sportline springs. the eibach pro-kit lowers FE1 cars 1.5" or so. it lowers FE3 and FE5 cars even less.
i was talking about taking the chance of wasting your money on poor-quality parts, in which case you'd have to replace them again. You're not taking any chances by installing good quality springs on the stock struts because you already have the stock struts and you didn't have to spend any extra money to get them; sure, they'll wear out eventually, like all struts, or maybe you'll just want better struts; at that point, you can go and buy some konis or whatever else you want, no money wasted. you're only wasting money when you have to replace something more than once.

I don't know handling...hmmm, well my Girlfriend has a Mini Cooper S and I used to have a GSX-R, but yeah you the man, I know nothing.
anyway, not going to get in an e-thug battle with you, so you have a good day.
Yip, it was epic...he sure told me. I learnt my lesson...

GSX-R = motorcycle = irrelevant to this conversation. btw, i'd love to hear the story of why you don't have it anymore.
i didn't think i was being thuggish, just following your lead. what was it you said? oh that's right, it was, "let the arguing back and forth begin...haha. Love this forum sometimes."
Oh, and I just read your sig... "15" steelies with hubcap delete" huh? And that's not lame? Come on, now...

what's with all this thumbs up, thumbs down business? super gay, just like your orange cars.
i thought it would be amusing, i guess you don't get it

Well, I guess your sense of humor is just too far over my head. Sorry.
Oh wait, no, I just got it.
Yeah, sorry... it turned into bickering pretty quick there.
To the OP:
I've got Sportlines, and I love them. Sure they cost a little more, but they're great springs, and I've never had any problems with them (or my shocks, for that matter), and I've had them on for about a year now.
There are a lot of people on here who swear by Eibach, and I've never heard any complaints about anything other than maybe price.
It's been said 100x on this thread already, but you get what you pay for.
