An hour if you have a pit crew

remove wheels

remove lower strut bolts

remove upper strut bolts

stabilizer bar bolt.

Compress spring

remove top bolt

then reinstall new springs and put back together, torque to spec x4 ....an hour by yourself no way.

took me 2hours by myself, thats with all the right tools and an compressor

The rears are a snap.. I did mine in 30 minutes using no pneumatic tools the first time.

The fronts are a bit of a pain. They took me 3 hours just because I didn't have the right tools and needed to drive around to my friends places borrowing things. You're going to need spring compressors and a nice impact wrench unless you have a MacPhereson strut nut removal tool.. I'd definitely recommend the impact wrench though.
