lowering springs in winter.
I live in Canada and its not unknown to get a lot of.snow. if I lower say an inch and a half would it cause problems if we got a lot of snow

Our cars are so high we could lower it 2.5-3in and it would still be fine in the snow. I would only do that if you have snow tires though. My friends had civics that were about 2-3in from the lowest part of the car to the ground in winter and its fine. We also get plenty of 3-4in snowfalls a year and a few big ones (8+inches). If it snows more than a foot I wouldnt drive anyway untill the roads are clear.
