need 2nd alignment after steering rack spacers?

need 2nd alignment after steering rack spacers?
put my sportlines on last year and had a re-alignment done right after i put them on. i never put in the steering rack spacers, if i put them in now will i need to get another alignment?

do you think its absolutely necessary for me to put these on then? ive been without them for a year and havent noticed anything detrimental to the cars ability to steer and handle.
