Need new rotors - help

I'm looking to get some new rotors. Right now fronts for sure due to a lip formed on them. Rears aren't looking too bad but might do them as well. What I want to know is what should I get? Should I stick to normal rotors or go for slotted/cross drilled? Please let me know as I will be deciding on new rotors very soon. Specifically, what should I go with and the more specific, the better. Plus links would also be useful.

I recently got the slotted premium R1 rotors all around, and new hawk hps pads to go with them. I couldn't be happier with the braking performance! Send Steven a PM, I'm sure he'll help you out like he did with me
