New sway bars

I bought some replacement sway bars for my 2.0 SS/SC. There is no sway bar on our rear axel, so a dude at a local shop (who are not too big into mechanics; they mostly do electronic mods and whatnot) throws this one on for me. He tells me he can't do the one on the front axel, so I take it to the dealer to throw on.

Dealer actually did it without complaint, so he swapped out our stock front one for the aftermarket one (pics below). However, dude tells me that the aftermarket sway bars are missing the bushings that are on the stock sway bar (both the front and rear are missing these bushings - you can see it in the closer pic below).

Result: lots of chatter and rattling when driving. So my question is: how big of a problem is this? What would be the best solution? I'm not sure how one would be able to add these bushings to the aftermarket sway bars. Should I just swap the stock front one back on and leave the rear one? Should I just not worry about it? I'm kind of nervous; thought I'd ask for your guys' advice. Sorry for the long post, but thanks for the help!

First off who made those? Yes you have to have the bushings on there. I cant beleive they installed them without bushings.

Sorry to bump this, but I've been out for...almost 24 hrs. I forget who made the sway bars, I gotta check my receipt (I ordered them in april - they just got here last week). The sway bar shown in the pic is the stock sway bar. So the best bet would be to have them both removed? Should I call up the company I bought them from and ask why tf they don't have bushings?

This is a very interesting thread. First of all, you need bushings, and I can't believe the dealer installed it and let you out the door without them. Stop driving your car, and go get the stock bar put back in.

Best I can figure is the aftermarket bar expected you to use the old bushings. And ya, exactly who made this thing for you? I'm not aware of any bar kit out yet except for the Progress rear bar. Eibach has stalled the release of theirs for months.

yeah, I know the guys at east syracuse chevrolet, i dont think they would let you leave without the bushings, unless they knew you would end up comming back, because if something breaks in the suspension, they know you have aftermarket sway bars, and it wouldnt be covered under warrenty, so youd be screwed and paying out of pocket, where did you get these from? I didnt know any existed yet.....
