only redline with tein suspension
today i went to tein in downey after waiting 4 months and they took my car and put the prototype tein type s lowering springs on , it took like 7 hours , but they got all the specs so in like 3-4 months i will get the first full coil over systum for the redline,
it lowered my car about 3 1/2 to 4 inches and it still has a factory ride i love it
ill post pics soon

you waited 4 months to go in there or they had your car for 4 months?
that actually kinda sucks if the ride is like stock with it dropped 3-4 inches...you should be feeling every bump in the road on a quality setup.
but oh well maybe by the time I have a grand laying around I'll pick them up. will the struts/shocks be adjustable as well or no?

I can absolutely guarantee you that he's correct on the sway bar links as well. He bought them for me for my birthday and they're not even close to fitting, so the front struts, or at least they way things are mounted to them are significantly different as well. The mounting points sit about 2" lower on the FE5 suspension than they do on the FE3 suspension. The rear bar is also larger on the SS/SC (and yes there is one, it's inside the torsion beam).
