Question Question about which Rack to use... ?

Hey i am trying to Figure out which Steering Rack i should go with... theres,

https://www.summitracing.com/parts/ado-25956925 which seems like a good price 320$ with shipping.

Believe that's the one i need to use for my 2006 Pontiac Pursuit GT Sedan.. if i am not mistaken.?

Theres also some brand at PartSource here locally for $360 minus core of 100$ so $260.00 cdn

Any Suggestions on which one i should use.. or get, theres also a few on rockauto that are priced not bad but all rebuilt, unlike the one thats brand new and priced good by ACDELCO @ summitracing

rockauto also has the acdelco one at summit but it's a bit more at rockauto.com

Any knowledgeable advice be appreciated.

I would just get an acdelco. Cheapest one for any model cobalt. fe1/fe3/fe5 all use the same racks.

Really you can put a FE1 Rack in a FE3 Car... that has 08+ FE5 Struts.

Same with a Intermediate Shaft. ?

Yes the ratios are all the same in every rack. Struts dont have any affect on it.

Very True man... cool, but actually turns out least for now the intermediate shaft is toast.. which is making the clunks over potholes n rough roads or mall parking lots but.... on rough roads just out of town .. strangely enough the clunks dont happen.. lol, i see doorman has some... is there better ones or is that one as good as more expensive ones ? and is this i-shaft a revisioned updated GM type one or whatever its called again, how some newer cobalt parts have been improved in build designs.
