Hey, are the suspension components offered on crateenginedepot.com the same as the ones that come from the factory on the SS/SC models, I am looking for a GM factory performance upgrade for my suspension, like shocks, struts, sway bars, you name it I want it. If they are the same, what is the best suspension for a daily/weekend track car? I am in a heated competition with my freind and his stock STI. Thanks for all of the help!

first of all dont mod your car to beat a specfic car... and second there are no "upgrades" out by GM. There are however aftermarket springs, front & rear sway bars, front strut bars. No struts as of yet but you could order up some ss/sc struts and they will be a little better then the stock struts on other models. might last a tad bit longer with lowering springs as well. there are other supporting mods out there cant think of any right now. hope that helps.
