reducing wheel hop??

reducing wheel hop??

Im trying to figure out some things to settle down the wheel hop...what are some things i can get to do this. Any feed back would be appreciated!

ingall's torque damper + ZZP poly motor mount. you should be fine with those.

Lower your car. **** does wonders and i neveeeer get wheel hop anymore.

Turbo tech racing motor mount and tranny bushing is a great start no wheel hop but your car vibrates

how difficult is the ingalls damper kit to install for say an amateur cobalt enthusiast

not hard. the how-to section here is very good.

it is super easy... i just took mine off last week to paint the brackets and it only takes like 10-15.

holy signature!!!!

the ingalls install is EAASSSSSYYYY. will take someone with nearly no knowledge 15 mins (i would guess).

might want to consider a solid upper motor mount from TTR instead though. just a thought because I have heard great reviews and it will be stiffer than the Ingalls TD.

at the track, lowing tire pressure to about 25-27psi will help a TON.

Ingrall's ED or tranny mount, dont bother with the side engine mount or the control arm busings.

the best wheel hop reducing mod is the search button, same with the best intake , exhaust ,header ,downpipe , wideband, injectors , rims , tires , the best for all those is the search button USE IT

I have the Ingalls ETD, and i'm installing some Prothane tranny mount inserts in the near future. I'll let ya know how those work out, but as for the Ingalls, it def helps, and is probally one of the easiest mods you'll ever install.
