If you can go that much lower how come you even needed shortened springs? I could just get BC coilovers and I should be set if they drop that low. lol

It got even worse at one time. The guy put a Domino's Pizza delivery sign on top..... for decoration.

When the back tires are super cambered like that it looks like a dog dragging it's ass down the street.

It's kind of like how chicks can look good tanned but too much of it and you're dating leatherface.

While i agree with the hipster remark. you cant deny the amount of true fabrication that went into that car. I don't like the style but admire the hard work put into it.

The zipties were due to circumstance. The pic in this thread was after the lip got ripped off and ran over. The car actually looked pretty good before And as far as the coilovers go ...90% of the peopl on this site don't know the difference between a mig and tig let alone how to use one.most of the people here think they're john frekan Hennessey because they were able to bolt on a few aftermarket parts by them selves, there are few people here not afraid to step outside the shortbus and do somthing different or dare I say innovative.

Why hate on something because it's different? Sorry it's not an EVO mod and black wheels like every one and their grandma has on their Cobalt. You have to respect the work that went into it, even though it's not your cup of tea. It's a pretty sweet ride for being a slammed Cobalt considering there are only like 3 people I'd consider slammed. His license plate should have been "nofkgvn"

This. So glad people are starting to respect different kinds of thinking.

When I had my cobalt, everyone was painting their stock wheels black, painting the headlights, and dominating cotm.

Cars like mikes pushed the envelope and forced people to think outside the box.

I just recently started to be active again, iv been here since 06 but kinda just got turned off of the forum when i realized most of the people were not what i would consider mechanically inclined individuals, things stayed stagnant for so long that i just kinda lost interest in my car.
Then i started seeing stuff from Cobalt nation and V2lab that has made me want to get active again.
