SS/SC and SS/TC are gonna sit the same, the only thing making a difference is the wheel size/tire size. If we could find pics of all SS/SCs running stock wheels/tire size, it would work. also all coupe would be a better comparison. No offense to sedan guys.

every cobalt would sit the same, wouldnt matter what the model , tc sc ls lt sedan or coupe, if they are all on the same springs they would all sit at the same height

not true when it comes to the all of the cobalts use differen't struts and spring rates, so they will all sit a little differen't.

True, but what bumpers/lips they have on them really changes the look.

struts don't affect how low the springs sit, only the rebound rate.

sorry my mistake, still recovering from last night lol. but regardless they will all sit a little differen't due to differen't suspension setups. the only 2 that will sit relatively the same is the ss/na and the ss/sc as they have the closest suspension setup.

What's up Ting? Hey man I recently sold the Eibach Pro-kit springs I had sitting around (back to stock for a while). But I did get a new hood and thought you might wanna check it out since your Cobalt is the same color as mine. Check the signature...tell me what you think.

That's cool, just making sure you had everything you need to work on this stuff. If not I have a lift, spring compressor kit etc. for this kind of stuff as well since me and my friend are also working our performance shop sort of as a side business right now. Sounds like you got it covered though. Let me know if you ever need help on future projects. Until I find another job (hopefully soon) I'm just hanging around the house taking College courses online trying to finish my degree. Nice to get out of the house every now and then.

Actually where I live their is a large shop on the property that my friend owns. Just about every kind of tool I would ever need is in the shop or I have others myself. Business is still in the early stages...recently became an AMSOIL dealer. Like most Cobalt owners and any other car enthusiast, me and most of my friends do all of our own work ourselves. I have to build up the websites we're going to use for the online business part as well as the rest of our computing and network needs. It works out to my advantage since I'm over half way through my Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology with a Major in Network Systems Security. Basically just more experience for me.

Does your shop have a Dyno and/or tune cars by chance? Going to be a little while before we start tuning cars and I could use a tune. I've never been there (the shop you work at) before or heard of it till now. But then again I live outside of town. Also, I need my front passenger and drivers side windows re-tinted. Know of any good places to go? I don't trust just anyone. All of my vehicles have always been tinted by the same guy that runs his own business near my parents house in FL. He's been in business and tinting windows for over 15 years now. The last time I had to get the windows on the Cobalt re-tinted because of a ticket I got and the laws where I once lived in TN. They did a poor job and the tint has split and began to rip on the drivers side window.

suspension set ups dont change anything, they all sit the same only thing the sruts and shocks change are the dampening

only thing thats gonna be dfferent between ss/sc ss/tc ss lt and las are the bumpers/lips and rims and rubber
