Yes they will. All the cobalt models, both Sedan and Coupe, as well as the HHR use the same spring style, just different springs.

The SS and SS/SC springs will fit like a charm on the LS

No, you'll be fine. I'm trying to remember off the top of my head, but I think it is a 2" front and ~2.5" rear drop. I know for a fact the SS/SC is 1"/1.3".

Don't get too excited about the drop with the SS/SC springs. I just installed them on my LS and got 1/2" drop. But, the 1/2" is noticable, and the car does handle a bit better.

You should have gotten a lot more then a half inch. Stock SS/SC spring and Eibach Pro-kits are VERY comparable in height. There should be about an inch and a half.

It's been about a month since I installed the SS/SC springs. Just remeasured, and still only 1/2" drop. The SS/SC springs are visually shorter than the LS springs, maybe the LS struts/shocks keep it from getting the lower drop?

Just a little note, he didn't get the stock SS/SC springs. He got a set of eibach sportlines springs.
