Coilover sleeves - ok to use for a quick fix?

So I just lowered my car on ksport gt springs + fe5 shocks / struts, and the rear of the car sits lower than the front. Yes, I do have a big sub box ( probably 70 - 80 lbs) and I'm aware that it makes the rear settle. Even with an empty trunk, it sits just short of even in the rear.

I'm wondering if using a set of coilover sleeves could solve my problem - even running them at minimal adjustment to basically just add the thickness of the lock rings to the height of the suspension?

Buying a new set of springs and changing all 4 just isn't in the budget right now. I'm looking for the cheapest fix I can - even to get me till next summer.

Ay info appreciated!

Spring spacers are the cheap/easy way to get a small boost in ride height.
