Suspension or brake problem?

Hi Everyone! i have an 06 cobalt ls with 91000 miles on it, i know i drive a lot, well for a little while now it pulls slightly to the right and when i brake from around 55-40 the wheel shakes and it makes clunking noises, everything other than the tires is stock and never been replaced any ideas what it could be i'm not too sure myself

Sounds like your tires are worn out. Take a penny and put them in the tread head side down, if you can see all of Lincolns head you need new tires.

There are manyt hings that can cause these problems. It does sound like your rotors are warped causing the vibrations when braking. The pulling could just be cause due to being out of alignment, you do have 91,000 miles on the car it is probably due for an alignment if you haven't had one. It is alwasy possible that one of the calipers could be sticking and causing the car to pull, but if that were the case you should be burning through brakes like there is no tomorrow.
