Suspension Problem
Suspension Problem
I screwed up my front end the other day when I took a corner a little too fast and nailed the curb with my front passenger side wheel (stupid, I know). I beent a control arm and broke a steering knuckle and had the dealer replace it. The car is drivable and I got an alignment however it doesnt feel the same. Sometimes when driving there is a noise like a moving part is rubbing up against something, however, after jacking the car up, i cannot figure out what is rubbing. Also, it feels like when taking corners, the steering fights against me, almost like power steering is cutting in and out, or skipping. Does anyone have any idea what this could be. I want to take it back to the dealer and tell them there is sdtill something wrong with it but I am afraid they will just find another 1,000 dollars worth of **** wrong with it.
Anyone?
Anyone?

If you broke the knuckle and bent the control arm, you probably did more damage then you know. If you take it back, they probably will find $1000 more in repairs, could be anything that connects to the suspension. Swaybar bent, steering rack, strut mount bent, bent mounts for control arms, it could be any number of things.
Think of it this way, do you want to get it completly fixed now for some money, or sit on a ticking time bomb and when you lose a wheel driving down the highway, hopefully someone isn't killed. If you have a TC, you can't be poor, otherwise you would not have it in the first place.
