maybe 170 whp? I know that most 2.2s that are fully bolted and tuned (2.4im/tb, intake, full exhaust, custom tune) are around 180-190 whp

nope thats the power from the engine. power to the wheels is different and will ALWAYS be lower then power from the engine. According to the numbers above 2.2s are about 120whp completely stock.

I said maybe 170whp because I wasn't sure of the difference between completely bolted and leaving off the im/tb. So fully bolted and tuned 2.2s are basically 170whp then, but all depends on the dyno. I know a guy that dynoed a fully bolted and tuned 2.2 and had over 200whp, but altitude and dyno play a huge role in really determining. A dyno in Florida and a dyno in Colorado will have different results.

Well, you don't tune it yourself with tables and values and stuff like that, all you would do is upload the tune to your car. Vince (owner of Trifecta) creates the tune for you. What he does is create a tune that complies with the modifications done to the car. For example, say you had what you planned (intake, full exhaust) he would create a tune that works with the added air coming in, and going out so that you get the most potential out of your mods and car. If your an automatic, he also creates a tranny tune that makes the shifts more crisper, they can be at a different redline, etc.

do your research in your regional thread and see what's available for you. I know for a fact Jerry at BNR.net is a very legit dealer, but you would have to upload the tune yourself (very easy)
