Swerving

Today on the way to work i raced a bmw 335d and won but besides that i swerving like crazy i know it wasnt torque steer because ive never felt it this bad like my car felt like i was being pushed by 300 mph winds side to side and esc active message kept popping up. My cars symptoms- 1. When i turn my steering wheel all the way to one side it makes a grinding noise 2. When i brake anywhere in between 40-120+ mph the steering wheel shakes like crazy. 3. When i hit potholes it sounds bad and everything shakes 4. When i floor it i literally have no control my car swerves bad 5. When i brake coming to a red light or stop sign my car would go to side left or right. I had new brake pads and rotors done before winter and brand new tires

Wonder if it could be control arm bushings?

Seems like you need to check all your suspension and steering parts, could be the control arm bushings. One of my bushing ripped before a year of installation so it could happen

Check wheel bearings, have rotors resurfaced or replaced, check control arm bushings and motor mounts. The ESC and swerving sounds like a wheel speed sensor causing false activation, usually caused by a faulty speed sensor, which are integral in the wheel bearings on this car.

Someone with proper diagnostic scanning tools can log all 4 sensors on a line graph and compare them while driving. You'll see one jumping around when the swerving happens if this is your issue. Normally the bearing is failing obviously though by this point so do the normal checks first and correct your warped rotor issues. Then do a diag if that doesn't produce results.

Your issue sounds like a bad steering assist motor or intermediate shaft bearing.
