Torsion bar
Searched and couldn't really find anything. I found this picture on another form but there really wasn't any info on it. Is this a good idea? Or no?
Im not too sure that will be as effective as the powell bar, being that it is only attached in the center section of the beam. I feel like it might actually be worse handling because only part of the bar is tightened.

Looks like I'm gonna attempt to make something up. The car is parked at the moment with the engine pulled so it gives me lots of time to play with other stuff. I'll post some pics when/if I get it built.
Don't think this is a good idea. Those levers are too short, and if you weld them into place, you're going to screw up the heat treatment of the spring steel (including the twisting beam itself). The only real option to doing something like this is just flat out replacing the bar that is currently welded into the beam. Why bother though. So much easier to just get the hardcore bar and call it a day. If you get this wrong, the beam may tear, or you'll turn it into a non-twisting axle, in which case you'll create all sorts of problems, like possibly denting a wheel, eating bushings in the shocks and beam, destroying the shocks, or god knows what else.
There are better things to tinker with.
