i have an 08 ss tc. im trying to decide what lowering springs to go with. i hear a lot of good things out of the SSC springs. but im not sure exactly how much they lower the car. I dont know much about K Sports, progress, or H&R springs. any ideas?

 

I've been talking to a local Ksport dealer and he's trying to convince me to get them. Not sure yet though. I've heard good things about ssc springs so I might grab those unless the ksports are a decent price.

 

yea i know the k sports are pretty cheap...but im willing to pay a lil more for a better quality spring if thats the case. i think the k sports are like 1" front and 1.3" rear but i may be wrong. im not sure what the ssc's are...

SSC's are 1" front & 1.5" rear drop
KSports have 2 options: One is Front 2" and rear 2.5" and the other is 1" and 1.3"

Both of those Ksports should be the same price too.

Yea SSC's drop about 1" front and 1.5" rear and give a like stock ride. They will be my choice when I do it

 

yea i like the look of the eibachs too but i heard they ride terrible compared to the ssc's so that pretty much made up my mind lol

 

I ordered the CM springs which are the exact same as the ssc just straight from the producer and almost half the price. Still waiting to get them tho.

Pretty sure it isn't two options, that it's the drop for the base model, then the drop for the SS.
