Warped Rotors?
Is my car shaking when I brake at speeds 55 and up due to warped Rotors? This is really f'en annoying and i need to get this fixed... Thanks

either that or welcome to the shitty steering column club

1. steering column
2. Rotors 3. possible wheel bearing try rotors first |
I would get your rotors turned first if they can be, that's gonna be the cheapest fix. If that doesn't work try new rotors, if you only get shaking when braking, it's most likely warped rotors

R1s are fine rotors. You might be able to get your current ones machined so they are no longer warped and keep using those.

already had my stock ones machined down and it stopped for a bit but not long, and what would you guys recommend with the rotors like drill/ slotted or like a blank rotor?

ahh ok gotcha. Personally I don't recommend anything more than slotted. Drilled just takes away surface area. Blank or slotted are the way to go.
