Wheel bearing

Lately I've been hearing a noise while driving my car. The noise gets louder as
I increase speed. From my understanding, that would be a bad wheel bearing correct? If not, what else could it be that causes the noise to increase with speed?

Alright, thank you. How easy is it to change my self with basic tools? I'm sure there is probably a how-to on this site some where.
