what wheels? If aftermarket wheels, tighten the lugs in a star pattern and torque to 100 ft lbs, car OFF the ground so the wheel centers on the wheel lug flange. Otherwise the wheel will not be centered on the hub.

bent rim possibly? Bad tire, try getting them road forced to check the tires themselves.. isnt steering rack and axles a bit to pricey just to guess at? not saying your wrong or anything.. .. just a thought.

or you can take it to a local shop, and they will road force it for you. I used to do it, it will tell you if your rim is "out of round". Thats if you want to spend the money for it. or you can do what rocketrex said, works too..

when you get an alighnment, ask for the print outs to see if you are dead on or one side is required more than the other, that may help..
I also hit a curb awhile back and slightly bent my control arm, and now my caster is off ever so slightly, but doesnt affect normal driving or wear.
If its not any of the above then, quite possible its something bigger.. hope this helps.

Check your CV boots to see if they are torn. Then check your axles, just grab a hold of the shaft and tug it one way then the other way there should'nt be any movement if there is then you need axles.

What's tire wear look like?
Have the alignment checked.
If all of the aove is okay, check tierod ends and various bushings.
If it was a bad hu, you'd probably hear it"whining" when in motion, louder with speed.
Also - were all 3 sets of wheels aftermarket? Are you COMPLETELY sure that the hub bores are same as stock? If not, do you have/did you use centering rings? If not - well, been there, done that - replaced a bunch of **** because the douchebag at the shop that sold me the rims said they were stock bore and I believed him. They weren't, and I went through 3 axles and some other bits before Saturn of St George figure out that the wheels were a tiny bit off center every time they were remounted becuase the wheel centerbore was too big. Hub centering rings, problem gone.

Lugcentric, hubcentric - whatever - without centering rings and a wheel with a larger than stock bore center, you better be DAMN careful mounting the wheels or you will get shake like an epileptic at a rave.
