Why do I keep warping rotors?

So far I have warped

stock rotors
GMPP rotors
Some slotted rotors (sorry, forget the name)
and the 'el cheapo' autozone brand

In the 90,000 miles that I have had my car. This isn't driving. I do mostly highway driving and I'm pretty easy on the breaks. My next step is calipers i guess. Has anyone else ran into this?

are you installing them yourself?

Do you torque down the wheels correctly?
Are you bedding the pads properly?

do you drive this **** out of the car sometimes?

1.) Yes on the last 2 two times. (the stock and the GMPP were installed by the dealer)
2.) Yes I am torquing the wheels correctly
3.) I believe I am bedding them correctly, I've never had issues on any of my other cars when changing the brakes and they are going in the same as they were they were taking out of. Though now that you mentioned it, I did noticed that these didn't have metal "shelves" that most brakes pads have between the pad and the caliper. I wonder if they disappeared when the tech installed the GMPP brakes.
4.) No not really. If I am driving spiritually Im not braking hard. Just accelerating from a stop or coming out of a corner. Not nearly enough to warp a set of Slotted and Cross drilled rotors.

with the GMPP and the Slotted I had some Hawk Ceramic pads. Now I switched to the ceramic pads from advance. Forget the brand name.
