Hoping someone can help!

There are a number of you tube videos and posts that have helped others. None of them worked for me.

I have checked grounds, replaced TCU, and VSS. I have spliced and reconnected a few wires near oil filter. I have checked TCU for power. Out of ideas now. OBD port resistance was ~60 without battery connected.

I showed to a mechanic and he said the wiring inside the transmission is the issue without giving and more details.
