I am looking for somebody to do tuning in Canton, Ohio ? Or live close by ?

I found 1 that I know of is Smokey's Dyno and they do tuning. But I wanted to know if somebody can do it for free ? If not then I guess I have to go through Smokey's Dyno.

Has this place ever tuned a cobalt? If not don't let them touch it.
