AcesNEights is in that area I believe, there's a tuner location thread that may help you also.

I found 1 that I know of is Smokey's Dyno and they do tuning. But I wanted to know if somebody can do it for free ? If not then I guess I have to go through Smokey's Dyno.

Has this place ever tuned a cobalt? If not don't let them touch it.

It's his user name. Goodluck finding anyone that will tune for free.

Search "tuners and locations" it is stickied. Scroll down to Ohio. And get in contact with one of the tuners. Again I recommend AcesNEights.
