EFI live tuning

so my local tuning shop works off of EFI, ive talked to the guy there and he insures me that efi is way more in-depth then hptuners and unlocks more potental..anyone heard of this as a tune for the 2.4? im very curious any and all info is greatly welcomed

Hmmm are you sure its supported? I couldnt find anything on there website but I could not be looking hard enough

heard about it, used it, like it.

it'll work on the 2.2's as well....just dont tell them that, if its not HPT then its no good huh?

i still think HPT covers more, but its close IMO.

if i'm not mistaken, it's not that much more expensive than hpt. but they have a different setup for crediting vehicles. i almost got efi live instead of hpt

run the car at 100% maf dependent and be done with it.

yea it wont hurt anything to be on there without the tune...give the car a chance to adapt to the mods

Alot of the LS1 guys I have met in my local area swear by EFI live, also they have been working on a vitural VE table for the E67 & E38 ECM's. This will alow you to tune the ve. I myself have never gotten to play with the stuff. But there is some good things they have out that are nice.

the web sit lists the ion 2.2l, g5/cobalt/ion 2.4l as supported vehicles. it lists 2.0l cobalt/ion as "comming soon"

No there is not. The 2.2 auto is already too fast, they don't need tuning.
