How much should I expect?

Right now I have a stock 05 cobalt not the SS version.

How much HP and Torque should I expect if I get these:

1.Cobalt / G5 Cat-Back Exhaust System Touring 17802110
http://www.crateenginedepot.com/stor...P1382C146.aspx

2. Cobalt Exhaust Tip Angle Cut 17802112
http://www.crateenginedepot.com/stor...P1380C146.aspx

3. Ecotec HO Intake Manifold Kit 2.2MMGF
http://www.crateenginedepot.com/stor...t-W67C144.aspx

4. Stainless downpipe with cat + 2.5in. bolt in and front and rear gaskets
https://www.zzperformance.com/cobalt...=540&catid=155

5. ZZP Stainless Ecotec shorty header
https://www.zzperformance.com/cobalt...=543&catid=155

6. K&N Typhoon Cold Air Intake Chevy Cobalt 2.2 2005-09
http://www.turbotechracing.com/produ...dcategory=5611

7. A Trifecta Tune

Questions I have. To make sure all of these are compatible with my car right?
What exactly does a trifecta tune do?

Not to be a dick, but you realize the "angle cut tip" isn't going to yield you any hp results........which is why I found it odd that it made it onto this list.

What tip should I get then, because you need to get a tip right?

The straight cut?

::facepalm::

Of course you need a tip for the exhaust to look right. It doesn't matter whether or not you get the straight cut or the angle cut.....they are the exact same thing basically.

All i'm saying is that if your asking about "how much power" you'll have after the listed parts......there was no need to throw the tip on that list. I mean yes, def get it if your getting the GMPP cat-back. But no need to list it with those other parts when asking about hp figures, as a tip is just an appearance bit, not a performance mod.

Understand what i'm saying?

YOU fail sir, the tip acts as a black hole causing a massive vacuum and sucking all of the air out of your exhaust. netting like 100+ HP at LEAST

I wasn't busting his ass. I was giving him friendly advice before other people on here come and try to give him a hard time.

Theres a difference between trying to be friendly and explaining something to someone rather than just coming on here and being like "your stupid".

Exhaust - about 5 hp
Tip - haha
Manifold - about 10 actually with slight loss of torque (but better curve)
DP - about 2-3
Header - about 5
Intake - 6
Tune - about 10

sooo anywhere from about 30-45 hp imo.

you should be around 160-175 to the wheels

Another question.
I bought this car used with like 44k miles and the only warranty it has is the GM 100k.

Will doing any of this void that warranty?

the way warranties are SUPPOSED to work is, they cant deny you warrenty work unless they can prove that the part you put on caused the problem. so if you wanted to. you could keep the stock parts and if you run into a problem you could swap the stockers back on and take it in.

I know have a question on this.
For the downpipe.

https://www.zzperformance.com/cobalt...=540&catid=155

"The downpipes we sell come with a Magnaflow high performance converter. It is OBD2 compliant but it is on the very edge of being so. The PO 420 code is set when the rear bank O2 sensor PCM thinks that the converter is not doing a good enough job. Because the stock cat is so thick and dense, it can still function when the tune is off or it gets old. The Magnaflow isn’t like that. An error in tuning, running too rich, having too cold of a Tstat, too cold of plugs, or an old primary O2 sensor can all affect the engine enough to set a code when using the Magnaflow cat. This code DOES NOT affect the way the car runs, it just sets an SES light. To fix it, you’ll need that code removed from the PCM, or you can run our O2 emulator(not available for ALL vehicles), or you can clear the code and try to tune the car in better to allow the cat to operate more efficiently. This is a situation in which your cars stock sensor was not designed with your performance goals in mind. Please make your purchase with the understanding that over time, an SES light could be thrown due to the reasons stated above. This is not grounds for a warranty claim, as a repair or replace of the cat/downpipe would not permanently fix the code"

Does this affect me at all?

yes it will. as they stated, you will need to have the code turned off through hpt tuner, or get the 02 emulator, or just ignore it. it will not change how the car runs at all.

Is it easy to get it fixed? Like when I order a trifecta tune can I tell them in the description I need the code turned off or how do I do it?

The stickers on my rear windshield give me ~37.29hp so I'd reccomend those as well..

yeah either when you get a tune from trifecta or have someone with htp tuners do it. they can turn the code off.
