My interests...

Hey guys... i post alot on the performance section, but i have very little knowledge on tuning...

I want to go turbo... and the hahn kit is about 4500, and if i built it myself (intake mani from hahn included) it wold be about a grand less.. but i would have to tune myself..

I REALLY want to learn how to tune...

Im not asking anyone to completely write down EVERYTHING i should know (some would be cool, though ) but what are some things i should research on tuning? Stuff like how to calculate your afrs right, what timing is (correlating to HPtuners), how to adjust it, and what other things that should be looked at when tuning...

I want to get meth (so i can use it on my m62, then with the turbo when i get it) but i need to tune for it, and would love to do it myself... I just need some direction on what would need to be changed, and why, and so on...

Any help, links, or lectures and what not are greatly appreciated..

Thanks everyone!
Andy

Yea man, hptuners is the best site to ask about tuning questions, they answer fast as hell and you should get the right answers that you are looking for.
