Proper way to datalog?
I purchased both ScanXL and Torque for my Android phone.
I use my Tactrix cable for ScanXL and PLX Kiwi Bluetooth ODBII adapter for Torque for Android.
Both seem cool, Torque is for amateurs like myself and ScanXL has a lot more features and in depth information.
Anyway, I've been trying to figure out what's the best way to datalog.
Would it be a WOT pull from lets say 2000 RPMs all the way to redline in third? or can it be something less.
Can I do a second gear WOT pull from say 3000 RPMs to redline?
Or can it be cruising along or can it be idle.
Or does it have to be a 1/4 mile launch?
** I tried searching for the answer and couldn't find what I was looking for so I apologize in advance if it's there somewhere**

I datalogged on my way to work and I got knock of 3.7 (not sure if that's count or intensity) at the beginning of my drive that went away for the rest of my drive. It never came back. I'm gonna log again on my way home.
