Angry Son of a Bitch!!!

My car is being a ******* bitch! I'm trying to tune the VE table, but the damn thing won't cooperate! I've done everything I need to tune it, set MAF fail to 0 (with no CEL, it showed on the scanner, but no light in the dash), scanned the LTFT, after reseting fuel trims and turning fuel trim learn on, took the results, added or subtracted from the VE table, smoothed, reflashed, did it again, and the LTFT ARE THE EXACT ******* SAME!!! EVEN AFTER RESETTING THEM!!!

WTMF!!! AHHHH!!!!!!! *panting hard*
...I'm going to bed, before I purposly blow up my car, which if I decide to do I WILL get on video and post it up.

EDIT* I forgot! My commanded AFR is 11.6 but my actual AFR according to my wideband is 12.5!!! WTF!!!

Man I must have spent a good $100 bucks on gas getting my LTFT to start moving towards where I wanted them to be.

that same thing happened to me the other night, my stupid AFR would not change at all! it stayed exactly at 12.5 towards 7k rpm. Stupid car! Meth will go on soon though. that will take away some knock. Are you knocking Blow4banger, if so, how much. and at what Cylinder mass and rpm

Same here. I can't get my VE below 6-8% off, which is a freaking crime and why i can't get rid of knock. I keep puffing black smoke out the back on WOT.

No, I have ZERO knock, non at any RPM. It just bothers me, because it runs too rich at low RPM, and too lean at high rpm. I reflashed an old tune's VE table, from before I really started messing with the VE table. Now my idle/cruise AFR is 14.4-14.9. My PE afr is still all wacked out though.

I just lowered where my PE enable starts to like 3 k rpm and added 3% to the VE for now.. seems to run good no knock and a steady 11.6-11.8 afr from 3k up til redline of 7400.

I'm just gonna keep effin with the PE table until I get it right. I think flashing the old VE table was better than my current one!

Ok, well now I got it. At idle/cruise its between 14.4-14.9 and at WOT it starts out at around 11.3 at 3000, then slowly works its way up to 11.9-12.0 at 7000. Perfect It feels as fast now with 91 octane, then it did when I had the rough race gas tune and ran 14.1 @ 107 I'm getting poly trans mounts this weekend and a billet motor mount next week, then OFF TO THE TRACK!!!

only 20 degrees? Why so little? I CAN (but I don't) run up to 18 degrees of timing on 91 octane, and about 19.5 degrees with a splash of 101 octane.

Oh, why do you even run 100 octane? If you can run 26 with meth and pump whats the need for 100? I run 25.5 on 101 octane, I've run as much as 28 on 101 and 31.5 degrees with 109 octane Just wanted to see how much I push it. Felt like a dog at 31 degrees, I found I made the most power between 25 and 26 degrees so I split the differnce.

yeah thats what I found out... I don't currently have the meth installed at the moment since I"ll be tearing my motor out in a week or two.. but once all is said and done it will be re-installed. but yeah about 25 deg is the best it'll run.. I"m getting away with 20 degs now since its cold, but after a few pulls my IAT goes up to where it starts pulling timing out.

I"m usually sitting in traffic to and from manhattan everyday, so I hardly ever get a chance to open her up anymore.. but the track opens saturday (unfortunatly i have to work the next 3 weeks straight) but I"ll post logs of the runs when I get a chance to go

hate to ask a probably stuipd question, but are you guys subtracting these as a percentage, or actual number? because the logs are like -15%, not -15 pts
