mine is the wide metal coupler thing...which i think hinders flow

FYI: i would insulate with something where it goes into the hole and down the fender. Mine rubbed A LOT

I've been watching it. If I need to I'll get rubber or something to put around the hole it drops down into.

i wrapped mine in either cardboard or a paper bag then taped the **** out of it

Ya my dad does uhpolstery as a side job so I'm sure he has foam or rubber. It sounds pretty cool though. My one friend said I should get a "performance" muffler, hell naw. He likes noise and that ain't happening. Next steps are midlength header, down pipe, exhaust, and a custom tune to wrap it all up. Should give the car a interesting punch.
