Just so everyone knows, the deal ends at the end of the month, and we never repeat the same packages again so you guys should really look into this offer, this offer is the second best offer we ever had on the forum, for some of you that are always asking here is so don't ask me again

Awesome, I'll let you know when it arrives if the buggers at the border accept this without duty but marking it as a gift seems to consistently get through without question . Can't wait for it to arrive so I can give it the first run through since it looks like the warm weather is here to stay !

We ship united postal service, for this packages we are using 'Priority Mail" at no extra cost, we were purchasing the "Confirmation" until yesterday that we found out that the "Confirmation “ONLY" appears online after the person has received the package which don’t do us any good, Then we were told that if we purchased the "Insurance" we could be able to follow the packages, so we did, problem is that doesn’t appear online at all!

Soon we may change to UPS,the problem with that is the cost which we then have to pass to our customers which I don’t want to do.

Yours is on the way do.

Hmm...I'm going to have to ask my roommate to keep an eye out when he's home over the next couple weeks 'cause they might just leave the delivery on my porch depending on whether duty is due or if they don't feel like dropping it at the pickup location .

If you're considering switching means of shipment, perhaps a good plan would be to offer customers a choice how they wish to ship. Your order web form could be modified relatively easily to present options (ie. USPS, UPS, etc.) and even express versus normal delivery...that way it's completely up to them how much they'd like to spend to get the shipment through .

I have a question for ya... I am kind of broke at them moment, but I plan on buying some of your stuff regardless, but just thought I would ask... would it be possible to change some of these bottles to the 4oz bottles instead of the 16oz so I can save some money? and about how much would I save? Like I said thought either way I will have some money to you by the end of the weekend, just thought I would ask. thanks!!!!!

Ran to the mailbox like a kid in a candy store last night and sure enough my pickup slip had arrived! Picked up the package from the local depot and my charge was only $11.50 which was for Provincial and Federal sales tax as well as the Customs Handling Fee (ie. opening my box and making sure it's not drugs ) so looks like marking it as "gift" does the trick !

Thanks again for your help with getting the order and shipment setup, and as soon as I can give 'er the full treatment (looking into buying a Porter Cable so the swirl remover might have to wait for a bit) I'll be sure to put together some pics of the results .
