Sample Work

I want to share our latest work, we have our Body Shop Line ready and we did our first public test, I hope you guys enjoy it.

Background: 2003 Evo, The car was a stolen recovery that one of my friends purchase, I don't have any information besides that the paint was in real bad shape.

I arrive to my friends house and I can see right away that some of the tools been in use were not the correct tools, as we often overlook the small items, not to mention all the products that he had on hand, some of which are well known brands.

First, the "Orbital Buffer" in use, like the ones you can purchase in the retail stores is not made for "Heavy" loads of work, actually, we feel that they do a poor job.

We like to use the "Porter Cable R/O Buffer/Polisher' Get the model # 7424 or # 7336. Either one is good, the 7336 has a heavier counterweight in it and it is somewhat smoother to run, other than that they are the same and the pads will interchange. we had great results with it and you can purchase them at your local store.

Pads/ there's many pads in the market, our technical dept tested hundreds of them, some were good some were not, so we found the one that work the best and that is the one we recommend,The sponge pad for the Porter Cable, it is a 5" pad, orange in color, it is the one we have researched and works the best with our Swirl Mark Remover and compounds.

Compounds/ just like with anything else, there's many of them, we manage to come up with our own brand which will be sold to the Body Shops, so it will be our Body Shop Line.

For the car that you are about to see we used the following Procedures.

Wash the car
Dry
Clay bar system
Medium cut compound
Light cut compound
Swirl Remover
Wax

You notice that we skip our "Pre Wax', when the "Swirl Remover" is use there's no need to apply our Pre Wax as the surface is well prepare by now.

The tools in use were the porter cable and our pads.

Meguiar's is good. I use about 7 products from them each time I wash and detail my car. Good stuff.

It has never been our idea to pull anyone away from any product that they use, is all about choice, however, if you compare our product to others I feel that we have an edge.

maybe someone has use our products and they will chime in

Make sure to inform everyone to use a different buffer pad for each compound and swirl remover And I personally like the DeWalt model DW849

Thanks,

I forgot to mention that indeed you should use a different pad with each product.

I have zillion more, my favorite, is the black lid, is out of a 1962 Datsun that was sitting outside since 1976 we took that one to the NOPI National Show in Atlanta 2005 we did it with the buffer on the back of the trailer.

We never claim to have the best product in the world, however we think we have a Great product and we want to share it.

Here is the best I can do, both cars are Sponsored by Turbo Wax Products, we detail both of them prior to the pass.

I hope you accept them, since they are yellow.
