You will also need the FE5 front swaybar bushings. I would highly recommend going to the 2 bolt bushing clamps as well, just need to drill the extra hole which isn't hard when you have the cradle dropped anyway. Otherwise the FE5 stiffer bar will result in higher loads than the single bolt clamps were designed for.

I would also recommend investing in a bolt on rear bar before stiffing the front.

I have a set of very low mile FE5 rear dampers if you find some springs.
