Of the 3 local junkyards to me, there's a total of probably 25 Cobalt's and G5's. Would you believe not one of them has a terminal cap. Several have the fuse box covers still on, minus the cap. Its pretty easy to forget you have it off and smoosh it between the hood lol.

 

They are pretty hard to find

the GM parts catalog doesn't even show it as its own part, you have to order the whole fuse bog to get it

 

i'm not surprised the junkyards don't have them. They seem to be in demand. someone could make a pretty penny making new ones

 

Yeah, I had posted a WTB thread on this once before I believe. The junkyards we have here are rude and overpriced. I had tried messaging sellers on eBay that have fuse boxes for sale with the red cap on them to see If they would sell me the red cap separately but none so far will. If anyone has one then just please let me know.

 

Do you need the entire fuse box cover?
