*NO video* LSJ vs LNF

So I was driving down I-70 on my home yesterday and an orange LSJ sped up next to me and gave me the "look".

We both dropped to 40 and, since my horn doesn't work, i let him honk it off. I immediately started pulling on him and his supercharger whine was loud. so was his fart cannon. at around 100 i had 4 cars on him and then he slowed down. I tried to slow down to talk to him a bit but he got off at the next exit.

Could be a TVS on E-85 or a ported M62 with a small pulley and E-85. You should post this on your regional forum to see if he chimes in so you know who he is and his mods.

I know if he had a turbo it would of been a different story. Even E85 on m62 would of been a good race.

About 3-4 years ago FF-ace ran his friend with a LSJ with a 2.7 M62 on E-85 with full bolt ons and on just a basic 21 psi tune and I believe he was on just 91 octane back then not E-47 and he put at least 3-4 cars on the LSJ.

Thats what makes me think it was modded. When I had my LSJ with just intake i raced a buddies tuned LNF and it put bus lengths on me. One of the reasons I wanted my LNF lol.

The only issue we had is the power output seemed a bit higher (probably 10-15 whp and 10-15 wrtq higher but the HPFP would not keep up on E-85 like it used to with his LNF motor and HPFP. Even dropping the boost down to 24 psi from 28 psi (as you know 28 psi is actually like 24 psi at sea level because you guys have 11 psi baro vs 14.6 psi at sea level) It was dropping down to 800 psi rail pressure around 4500 RPMs so the LDK/LHU fuel pump is honestly not as good as the LNF pump at least it seems so going by Ryans car. I had him drop down to E-47 and he likes it even better. He swears the car is even faster now on E-47 than it ever was on E-85 (not maxing the fuel system helps LOL)

From what I saw it maxes out around 330-340 wrtq on E-85 and Ryan being the way he is (he likes the car ***** to the wall) he did not like it when I turned the tune down to try to stop maxing out the HPFP so the solution was to take out 12% fuel mass switching back to E-47.

i've raced 3 cobalt ss/tc's in m day...

1st one: blue sstc, unkown mods, driver was a douche and didn't tell me. probably big turbo, intake, straightpiped. he did have a 3bar

80-120 he knocked my dick off, probly put 8 cars on me

2nd one: gms1 and intake. raced twice from 60-110. beat him by a fender and change both times

those two races ^^ i was stage2 and boltons.. no real tune yet

3rd one: gms1, straight piped intake, zzp charge pipe, think thats it: 50-120 - had him by a fender.

in this race i had a good tune, full exhaust, and meth and all my cooling mods
