i'm failing to see how 240sx's are "terds" this car has so much aftermarket support its not even funny. If the cobalt had half the aftermarket they had we would be spoiled. i've seen turbo KA24DEs that would make our ecotec's cry. even with your mighty hahn turbo kit.

The SX has so many options for engine swaps its crazy. The SR20DET being the most obvious choice. is a direct bolt up. can make massive amounts of power right out of the box. why not swap it? Then you have the RB's you can swap in, they take a little more work but now your sitting on about 300hp oodles of torque. And trust me that little car with a 6cylinder is something everyone should experience. Mine wasn't an RB but a VG30ET. Then i was just reading yesterday, they make a kit to put LTX, and LSX's into 240SX. Matter of fact the LS7 actually weighs less than the KA24. I can only imagine how this would be like.

They are light as hell, they handle like they are on rails. The possibilities are endless. I'm not seeing this terd you are. I'm seeing a car with 10x's the potential of most other cars. I'm getting the impression that fbaero10 just does not like imports.

BTW hahn came out with their turbo kit, and it will beat your 2.0... so whatever man, this wasnt personal but you gotta be a douche bag about things
i never said anything about the ss/sc being a fast car. it is not a fast car from the factory. not at all even with the SC. it is quick and compared to other factory 4 cyl cars that are being sold right now, it can be considered a fast car, but is by no means fast. if a car that isnt fast is decribed as a terd, like you called the 240sx, then my car is a "terd", and i am proud of it. i love the 240sx, even though its a "terd" from the factory. it looks good, is rwd, and pretty easy to make fast, or handle amazingly, or drift. it can do anything you want it to really. im sorry i am a douchebag because you think the 240sx is a "terd" and i dont

I disagree with looking good. None will ever look as good as an SS/SC. The body work is just so outdated, no bodykit ever invented will make it look good.

I agree with everything else, especially handling. Those things can turn VERY well.

Agreed ^^. His is auto and he is far more leaning toward the S2000 (especially since he's seen what they can do with gears and a SC). Anyways, it was not a hard win, I don't know why someone commented on my lousy driving....roll racing isnt really skill related, its more car related, but either way it went, he was losing by multiple car lengths within a period of 5 or so seconds.

But he will pwn me in cornering any day . DAMN that thing handles well, he takes turns doing 55 that i wouldn't do 40 on here.

Agreed, so i dont know why anyone would say that the are not. Anyways its stil a kill man dont worry about what other people say. I get alot **** at the track cuz all kinda cars hit me up to run, faster and slower an i run them all. I think its lil arrogant to turn down a race or to tell the other racer hes not fast enough, and i like racing faster cars cuz it pushes me to become a better driver. I always tell my friends "Race the races you shouldnt win theres no shame in losing those, but if you win the other guy has some explaining to do" LOL.

I havent really seen the S-15 conversion, but I do know silvia's are sexy! If someone takes those body's and puts it on the 240sx's, then by all means yes they are sexy. I was referring to stock body with body kits/wings/lip kits/rims. Not no conversion stuff.

converting a fwd car to rwd, that is changing the platform. a bolt in engine swap looks like an oil change compaired to a rwd conversion.
