09 SS Vs. 350z

Likely going to be my last race of the year unless someone approaches me. Weather is just getting too cold and I can't hook up to save my life.

350Z: Intake, and something else (don't remember.)

09 SS: Tune, Catless DP, IC, Cat-back

1st race was from a dig, he jumped out 2 cars on me as I spun all the way through 1st and 2nd. I passed him around 65 and the tires finally grabbed about 75 and I was pulling away. Shut down at 120 with 2 1/2 to 3 cars on him.

2nd race was from a 40 roll and I broke traction through 2nd gear. Grabbed about 65. I walked him pretty bad. Had at least 3 cars on him by 100 when I let off.

Really only ran him because he kept saying he'd spin through the top of 4th gear.

lol. I thought it was funny when he didn't even spin out of the hole. He just hooked and went while I spun.

LOL. I raced a GLI earlier tonight(VW's love to screw with me) from a 20 roll. He pulled like half a car and then when the boost hit I passed him spinning..lol We also did a 40 but that was just murder

Any idea of what year the 350 was? The early models, 03-04's werent nothing but low 14 second cars, but once you get into 07-08 the times start dropping like rain. I've seen plenty 07-08's run mid to low 13's stock. I believe a tune only SS/TC could beat one though, just not sure on the SS/SC with stage 2, unless it is from a 40 roll or something.

Was a newer salvage title. He had rebuilt the front suspension on it. Can't argue with the price for it, he only payed 13k for the car and then 2k to fix it. He does still need to repaint the passenger fender and front bumper though.

I didn't really know what to expect from the race other then beating him, didn't think I'd walk him that hard lol.
