I think if you had some really good tires, and not miss 3rd you would of killed him all those times, but from what I heard he has an intake? I'm betting he has some pretty good tires too.

Lol street racing is still illegal in Canada, your car is impounded for a week if you get caught.
People say they travelled to Mexico since there is probably no law against street racing there.
However, not the case in Canada, your car is impounded on the spot for a week, regardless of what country you live in.

you should destroy him from a roll, and come around him pretty hard at the track. the 2v GT's are pretty damn slow. He probally wont trap over 100mph at the track. Bolt on 2v's are a joke.

wow. first of all of course he's gonna win the launch he's RWD. he shouldn't be proud to have that small of a lead. does he not realize he's racing a 4 DOOR 4 CYLINDER FWD!? Also If he did intake and a tune he wouldn't make near as much as if you did an intake and a tune so once again he's an idiot and also intake downpipe and a tune for you and that mustang would look like it was runnin on a broken leg.

Nice kill OP.
FYI, just because someone is RWD doesn't always mean better launch. I get better 60ft times than 3/4 of the Mustangs and Camaros that run the same ET as me.

Best 60ft ive ever pulled in a street tire'd FWD car was a 2.111 in my '99 maxima SE 5MT. I thought that was pretty ******* good

I actually traded in my 2001 Mustang GT for my SS/TC and I will say it's not much of a race between the 2. I still have my 05 GT with intake, exhaust and a tune and the Cobalt still wins. I love Mustangs and will be purchasing a new 5.0 soon, but the TC is a nice ride.

Exactly!!! My 05 GT is almost paid off and I'm not sure if I wanna get a new 5.0 or wait and see what Ford's gonna offer for a 50th Anniversary. Either way I'm gonna have the TC, my 05 GT and a new Stang.

street tires vs street tires, manual vs manual, the dig will almost always, if not always go to the RWD... Unless your running DR/slicks...which you would have to be to be hitting high 12s and only trapping mid 100s in your focus..
