i was on the freeway saturday night and a 2010 ss camaro pulled up i downshifted to 3rd gear and we both took that car had good accerleration but at the end of 4th gear i started to pass him up and he hit his brakes my stupid girlfriend didnt wana record. my car has the trifecta tune 3 inch catback and on chage pipe hot side and im boosting 23psi

Some hot shot kid around here in a turbo'd 240sx talked a lot of **** about about my car and right when we had a run and I was passing him he gunned the brake and claimed "he's losing oil pressure" or some pos excuse about his gauges and took off. His buddys that were there told me it's the second time they have seen him do this and he's a bit of a jerk when he loses. Sorry to hijack, those Maro's are the shizzle. I would love one. Wont take much for him to pull you like a rented mule though. 23 psi to basically creep on a stock maro..... I bet he was buttsore though!

I'm thinking the guy in the SS Camaro did'nt know how to drive or chickened out. a V6 i would find more beleavable to beat but a SS i say some proof is needed

When were tuned and bolted and there stock it is most likely going to be us. but there are a few 11 sec bolt on camaros already. and even lower than that with cam and more mods. but stock we should win.

 

there is a cam/nos 2010 ss going high tens at pretty much stock weight, so they can move out

but a stock ss vs a tuned/bolted ss/tc should favor tha ss/tc from a roll

95% of the people who responded to my ls3 corvette posts never ever drove one or raced one, yet they were all experts on the ls3 corvette.

 

I would agree with you. a Camaro V6 has only about 40 more horse with about 13 more torque and a 1000 ibs heavier. any SS/TC will beat one. as for your car i"m sure it is fast with the mods, but I've been in a Camaro SS and it was to say crazy wicked fast
