My cobalt ss/sc vs my friends charger r/t daytona.

It was just a screw around race just to see whats up. We did a roll race from 15 to 100 and I beat him by 2 cars. Very close race. I was surprised how I kept up with him!

for a car with only 10 more horses than its r/t model that does 0-60 in 5.6 and 1/4 in 14.2@ 101mph (unless the daytona is a little faster correct me here) I'm thinking from a roll especially you should have raped him with an intense stage 3...

yeah that only shows 10 more horsepower than the R/T model, with the same torque, and those specs were from CarAndDriver.com. I'm not saying he has a slow car, it just seems from what I see that you should have pulled a little more. Now if you would have lost I'd have to really complain to you lol

 

It is about 90* here today. I told him we're going to race later on this week at night and were going to get video of it.

 

yea i would think intense stg 3 would walk all over that.
my friend has a chrysler 300c hemi and i only lose to him by about 2 cars from a 0-100 and he has an intake and a chip. from a roll however he eats me alive 6 cars 40-120 most of that happens when i shift into 4th gear.
all i have is a cai but i did beat him once from a dig i had about a 1/2 car on him at 110 which is way after the 1/4 mile ends

Nice kill. Gotta watch out for those SRT-8s, there no joke. My buddies R/T Magnum also is no joke. All bolt ons like exhaust, headers, intake and he runs 13.4 @ 105 mph. I take him from a roll, from a dig he beats me.

HDR makes for some interesting effects, while I am not a huge fan of it, they can be cool at times..
