well considering the mods the ss/sc should win, depends on how aggresive his tune is also, and how many degrees of timing he's running with that meth kit???


to make sure you are equal drivers if one wins by alot switch cars (if you trust eachother) and run again


but most important MAKE SURE YOU VID IT...

if artilary54 wins you better kick the passenger the **** out and run again or better yet put him in the srt and that way we get a second vid as well

 

I think the cobalt will win cuz of the 2.8 and the 60's and tune. Will be a good race though lets us know who wins.

Goin with the ol turbo dodge here . I know a properly driven 2.8/60's/GOOD tune SS "should" be 12.6-12.8 car , but soooooo many fail to perform even close to that . Not a knock on you Altiery54 at all , I just know 0 about your car .

 

I dont think ONE 2.8/60's/GOOD tune SS has ever run anywhere near 12.6-12.8, ever. So by so many fail to perform even close to that I think it's just safer to say NONE perform close to that, therefor the 12.6-12.8 claim is a fanboish fantasy.

Anyhow, I'd bet the house on the SRT4.

Not fanboyish at all . Theres plenty of cars with the mph to support it , but fail miserably in the first 100 feet . Im shooting for mid 12's with 3" with mine

I voted SRT... only because I think that Super_SS is leaving out some important details/mods.

If you are SERIOUSLY only running Stg1 & a cat-back... without the boost cranked... then you will lose.

But I somehow doubt that. I'd have a MAP Clamp and be pushing some High PSI.

and well needless to say i won every time... he even went out and bought slicks and called a rematch! so my buddy gave me the heads up and guess what? i showed up with em too.
