another race
Good runs! I agree with basically everyone so far. Should just do one of each, dig and roll.
I had a Subaru SVX take off from a light one day all ***** to the walls.... in the RAIN!
I was just like, Okaaaaaay.... whatever dude. But to be honest if I had AWD I might do a little showing off. lol

What kind of roll are you looking for? Anything that goes into 5th is going to kill the sti, so anything over 100 basically. It's fairly typical of sti drivers to
A. do stupid mods because they haven't got a clue and crack a ring land.
B. Not know how to drive their car
C. Not do any roll runs, which is not necessarily a bad thing imo, but if you're racing a fwd car, you have to have one to balance things out.
Of course, all manufacturers and models have weenie owners. Unfortunately it sounds like your friend falls into at least two of those categories.

it would probably have to be something low like a 40 doubt he will go any higher, but 40 should be well enough before he only put like a car barely and that was brake boosting we did another one with a evo me and him and we were all dead even
this whole thing is retarded i just wish people could accept losing a race

AWD vs FWD cant get any worse of a match up then that right there when racing from a dig. The fact the he had to use LC shows how bad of a driver he is. I understand its hard to launch with an AWD car but when you get it right nothing will beat it out of the hole, this is something a lot of STI drivers fail to master or care to master.
Mods?
Mods?
i find in my experience there is difference between those that own any specific car and those that can actually drive the cars they own.
It's probably more because of how rough and brutal an awd launch is. People don't want to screw it up, so they give it too much clutch and never really launch properly in fear of breaking something.
didn't get my roll raced a gto instead
