Ok so im driving down I-5 towards seattle with my girlfriend and i see this bright ass green honda....so i turn to her and say 20 bucks says he trys to race me when i pass him.
so i get up about to pass him and sure enough he shoots in front of me and trys to take off. so i shift from 5th to 4th and keep up with him waiting for him to move. He doesnt so im like whatever.....we slow back down to about 65 and then he goes back in front of me and i keep up again then he got back in the opposite lane....so im like this guy is dumb he wont race. so hes about 4 or 5 car lengths up ahead and i figure ill pass and see what he does....as soon as i start to catch up....about 3 or 4 lengths back he guns it....so i shift down and by the time i got to about 95 i was half a car up and i got up to about 105 or so and then i let off cuz there were cars up ahead....but bein a typical honda he thinks the race isnt over or somethin so he flys around and by me like hes the ****. lol.
so thats my story for the night :]

Gotta agree with you there. I rolled out to teh local races tonight and within 5 minutes I had 6 back to back races.

Older Honda Civic Hatch, a Honda CRX with a supposed GSR swap , 2006 Chevy Cobalt , Z24 Cavalier , Honda Prelude , and Acura 3.0CL or TL whatever they are called . Won every race. The 06 Cobalt was the only car that I didnt completely walk away from. And the Acura put up a good fight off the line but I walked away from him from 3rd on. We had 15 cars there with 500+whp and yet the Cobalt is the one getting challenged every 5 minutes.

I hardly EVER get anyone to play with. When I do, it's some ******* that wants to **** with me in heavy traffic...

i dont get why everyoner suposidly picks these races with u isnt ur aveo stock looking? theres nothing about it that would make me think anyone would be like, "i wanna race him" he was probably just driving normal lmao but none the less good kill, i guess?

LoL that is funny.. I have a ls and I get alot of people trying to race me.. I guess they think its a ss or ss/sc but I have nothing done to it.. Just like tonight I had a guy in a redline think he was hot **** but he wouldn't even try to mess with me... I just dont get it... Even if you don't have a sports car why do people try to race you????

 

i agree...the only guys that rev at me are like c6's and modded evos and ****. i just kinda pretend i don hear em

when i try to race cars in my class, they either just don't bite, or go right when they see the cross light turn yellow and im like...wtf?!

but every once in a while there is a good race. VERY rare.

i guess that's what i get for getting a loud ass exhaust tho...

 

I swear to christ I see more war stories from this aveo dude that anyone else on this site. Good thing he doesn't have a fast car, he'd kill someone just on pure probability.

I like his stories. It's not unrealistic that he's getting a lot of races. An Aveo in an aggressive bodykit like his would be a good candidate for a race. His write-ups are actually some of the more humble ones. I'm sure a lot of people appreciate that he isn't cocky about his wins and probably realizes the limitations of his car. Some people on here don't want to believe that their car would lose to anything. Had he lost this race, I'm sure he'd still be willing to post it on principle.

 

Oh i can post some bad ones.....i raced a camero once...for fun...yeah im pretty sure he was in oregon by the time i got 2 90. lmao.
i know my cars slow...and it will be until i do somethin to it....and then it still wont be the fastest car....but i dont want the fastest car....i want one that is fast enough for me.
if i lose oh well not the end of the world.
if i win....wooooo hoo. lol not like im gettin much out of it....just a fun time...which u should have win or lose

 

This right here is why he should keep writing up race posts like he has been. He's racing for fun and not to be a dick. More war stories should sound like this guy wrote them.
