Blunt > Evo X
Just won a 100 roll on an Evo X. Perfect setup, I saw him going down this highway in town that leads to a mile long arrow straight bridge, the best place to run in town, never a cop on the bridge. Its preceded by a twisty bit thats sloped downhill so we got them up to 100, I figured he was down at this point so I put it in 3rd, got in front of him and stayed there. Hit the brakes at 140. Never enjoyed the sound of my blower more.

The system is completely ***'d though. For instance, if you look here: https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/xperience.php?go=stats - Under the stat "Days since registering"... Rissa is listed as number 1... yet she registered in 2008. JonyyB, the founder, who registered in 2004 is #1? How does that work? Haha.
Don't you mean "imperial"?

I might be missing something here, but you're saying that you down shifted into 3rd at 100mhp? What the hell are you spinning that thing to, 9k? My LNF's gearing is taller than your LSJ and at 100mph in 3rd I'd easily be spinning a solid 7k, so by that point you would have already lost from downshifting too far. You sure you were doing 100mph man?

interesting.... I must have tinker toy wheels on my car then because 6800rpm for me is 90..
none the less.. 10mph is silly for shifting between 2 gears
::edit:: I just scrolled through a couple of my logs. At 6500rpm I'm at 105mph.. So I would think that the shorter gearing of an LSJ would put you right around or over 7k at 100mph
6100 for what?
::edit:: so yeah.. 95mph in 3rd is showing me at about 6100rpm
