"Bolt-on" & tuned Cobalt SS - VS - Dodge HELLCAT!

Skip forward to 1:40 to see the cobalt vs hellcat race.

First of all, "bolt-on" cobalt??? The hellcat COULD NOT pull away from this powerhouse of a cobalt. I guess bolt-on and a tune could possibly be accurate if the Balt had a ZFR since that is considered a bolt-on.

Second, who owns this cobalt?!?! Details on your setup PLEASE! Pretty damn fast if it can hang with the Hellcat.

Dude in the comments explains it's at like 430horse on low boost tune. The cobalt has a zfr, bolt ons, e85, and f40 set up, if that is the same car I'm thinking of from Texas. Either that or the other guy that's a LSJ-T. Both are from Texas.
