OzzyruleZ displacement or number of cylinders has nothing to do with it, no one else even brought it up.

SYP's videos were staged or extreme examples of terrible driving at it's best yet he brags like the GTO went down in a blaze of glory. When in reality he chaeated one way or the other and combined with the GTO driver delete made the GTO look really bad.

My GTO is 99% stock and when I race stock LS1 GTO's I pull the same distance as SYP did. I know for a 100% fact my car would put numerous lenths on SYP's SS/SC.

SloW SHO is saying the same thing I am, if his car was that fast he would be able to pull on a LS2 GTO which wouldn't happen.

I don't track my car as the closest track is almost 2 hours from me so I have no idea what my car runs in the 1/4 or traps nor do I really care... but I will say this, there are a ton of GTO's in my area and from any roll I would light your ass up... i've been there and done it (LS1, LS2, auto, 6spd) I've yet to lose to a GTO...

Either way if you guys do race make sure to check the traps as those are the true determining factor of what car is truly making a better hp to weight ratio.
